Oblivion: How to catch slaughterfish?

I'm on a mission to retrieve some slaughterfish scales for some
fisherman. I've killed two slaughterfish with my sword, but
when I return to the fisherman, he just says that he needs to
get more slaughterfish scales so he can retire. He also
mentions something about grabbing the fish and cutting their
throats. So am I not killing them properly with the sword?
Or maybe I just need to kill more than 2 before I return to
the fisherman?

Dumb question, but I have to ask... Are you searching the bodies after
you kill them?

There is a lake in the northern part of the map, I belive that has
those fish in the lake. Also you need a few more than 2. the fisherman
should have told you how many to find.

With this mission active, you get markers on your map to the
slaughterfish you have to kill. These appear one at a time. Just any
slaughterfish won't do.

Don't forget to click on the dead fish to collect the scales. You will
get a message box telling you when this mission is complete.

Yes, I finally realized this. Now I just have to get past the
infamous "fish stuck in a rock" glitch! From what I've read,
all you need to do is come back at a later time, and the
fish will be free from the rock.
